Hi, I'm Ali

I'm a 3x founder, marketing strategist, and the woman behind The Spark Co. — a marketing and consulting agency dedicated to helping women-owned businesses glow up their brands and shine in their industries.

My background spans non-profit leadership, fundraising, marketing, and brand strategy — working alongside local and nationally acclaimed organizations and professionals. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up, scale it with intention, and make it last.

I also co-founded Lynchburg Women in Business, a community that has connected over 1,000 women across Central Virginia through intentional event experiences. I know what it means to build from calling, and I know what it costs when you build without it.

Sparkle Squad is the program I wish I'd had when I was scaling. It combines everything I've learned about strategy, community, and faith into one powerful container.

When does the program start and how does it work? +

Sparkle Squad kicks off April 1st! We meet bi-weekly (every other week) for 7 sessions over 3 months via video call. Each session is 90 minutes and follows a consistent rhythm of devotion, wins, teaching, hot seat, discussion, and closing prayer.

How many women are in the group? +

We cap the group at 8 women intentionally. This keeps the circle intimate enough that every woman feels truly seen, known, and supported — while having enough diversity of experience to make the hot seats and discussions rich and valuable.

Do I need to be at a certain stage in business? +

Sparkle Squad is designed for women who are actively building — whether you're in your first year or several years in. Maybe you're seasoned but craving a fresh fire, a renewed sense of purpose, or the motivation to keep walking out your calling well. What matters most is that you're serious about growth, open to doing the inner work, and ready to show up fully for yourself and the group.

Do I have to be Christian to join? +

Sparkle Squad is explicitly Christian in its foundation — we open and close in prayer, integrate Scripture throughout, and approach business through the lens of calling and stewardship. We'd love for you to join us if that resonates with you.

What is the difference between Core and VIP? +

Both tiers include the full 7-session group program, all worksheets and deliverables, and community access. VIP adds a private 60-minute 1:1 coaching session with Ali — your dedicated space for personalized strategy, offer review, and customized guidance tailored to your specific business.

What happens when Founding Member pricing closes? +

Founding Member pricing closes March 18th. After that, the program will be offered at full price ($397 Core / $547 VIP) for future cohorts. This first cohort is a special opportunity to get in at a lower investment while we build and gather testimonials together.
